The Southeast Michigan Omega Foundation, Incorporated (SMOFI) has been assisting our youth to achieve their academic goals since 2001.  During that time over eighty students have been awarded financial assistance and 88% have graduated.  We have students currently matriculating at HBCU’s and non-HBCU colleges.  Chances are, you could apply to a college or university where one of our students is currently enrolled.  We want the best students we can attract; but we also know that attending a school where current SMOFI scholars attend provides an immediate network and peer-to-peer mentoring access to make the high school -to- college transition much smoother.  The college of choice is your decision.  We welcome all qualified candidates.   If you want to become part of the SMOFI family of scholars, APPLY NOW!
